Conceptualizing, development, presale and rolling out of the digital payment solutions for Fuel retail payment. Solutions developed under these initiatives are B2C-Fastlane, Mobile App based automatic fueling system, B2C-Ongo, Prepaid card management & automated fueling, B2B-Fuel@call-Bowser Prepaid Platform. Played an instrumental role in developing India's First mobile App based fueling solution, i.e. 'Fastlane'. Fastlane is developed for HPCL (Fortune 500 company) to provide complete control of fueling in customers' control. Increased customer satisfaction rate by 30% while introducing a new feature in the mobile fueling app. Product development done for FCC (Forecourt Communication Controller), HOS, Head Office system for advance reporting and analytics, Retail POS-C store Application, ITPS: Integrated Transaction and payment system for FCC trnxs. Creating workflow for customer related issues. Worked closely with the tech team for UX-UI design brief and implementation. Accomplishments
- Successful Conceptualization, development and implementation of India's first Mobile APP based Fueling solution i.e. Fastlane across HPCL's(Fortune 500 company) network of fuel stations in India in year 2018 to 2021. Fastlane is a revolutionary solution where customers through Mobile APP controls the dispenser fueling. It offers on the go fueling without paying at gas station and thus enhances customer fueling experience in terms of reliability, convenience and quick checkout. Conversion rate of traditional method of fueling (i.e cash payment, credit payments, fleet card payments etc.) to Fastlane is 80%. and monthly fueling through Fastlane fuelingsurpassed to 20cr just in Mumbai city.
- Successful development and implementation for Tender of Technology platform of IOCL in 2021 (Fortune 500 company). Technology platform is developed for mobile APP based order management platform for door to door fueling i.e. Fuel@call. Fuel@call is IOCL's initiative to bring all stockholders on single platform to seamlessly order, deliver and payment of doorstep fueling through mobile APP. Played a pivotal role in designing the solution as per tender and project management till successful implementation. On-boarded(B2B) 2300 customers, 930 browsers and sold 10890 KL of fuel in just 1 year of a launch. Development and Implementation Consultant for India's first POS-Based Digital Payment Systems and Omni- Channel Payment System for HPCL and IOCL. Project Management of HPCL, Mumbai (160 Outlets), led Retail Automation Installation and Commissioning from 2005 to 2008. It was first of its kind of turnkey project where Automation technology was new to retail fuel stations. Project was a huge success and it laid a foundation for AGS to become a Pioneer in Retail Automation and digital payment technologies in Oil & gas sector. Contributed in developing a project for retail fuel automation for 40 sites of HPCL in Mumbai and Vashi region. Played pivotal role in Installation, commissioning and support of Automation solution at HPCL fuel stations.
