Key Responsibilities

- Performed production-to-sandbox refresh using SAP HANA Backup/Restore methodology.

Project Overview
Providing 24x7 operational support for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, Solution Manager, HANA, BTP, Datasphere, Cloud Connector, Web Dispatcher, and related SAP infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24x7 production support by managing incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem tickets through ServiceNow.
- Perform daily monitoring, health checks, performance analysis, and proactive issue resolution across SAP landscapes.
- Manage transport deployments and release activities through Solution Manager ChaRM.
- Administer SAP HANA including backup/recovery, monitoring, revision upgrades, and performance management.
