• Perform welding inspections and verify fabrication quality.
• Witness sandblasting, galvanization, painting activities, paint shade verification, and scratch testing.
• Review MTCs, Lab Reports, NDT Reports, Calibration Records, Hydro Test Reports, and Inspection Reports.
• Generate inspection reports and release documentation.
• Support suppliers in rectification activities and quality improvements.
• Coordinate with Design, SCM, Project Management, and Site Services teams to resolve quality issues.
• Generate NCRs, perform 5 Why analysis, and implement CAPA.
• Conduct supplier audits and new vendor qualification activities.
• Maintain supplier performance ratings and inspection records.
• Participate in customer and third-party inspections.
• Support expediting activities and project schedules.
• Prepare MOMs and perform Internal Auditor responsibilities for SQM department.
