• Providing ongoing production support for the MM module, ensuring seamless business operations.
• Handling and resolving Level 2 (L2) and Level 4 (L4) support tickets raised by users.
• Preparing Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEF components — Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
• Collaborating with the technical team for the development of RICEF objects and assisting in debugging production issues.
• Actively involved in the SAP S/4HANA upgrade project, contributing to testing activities and offering hypercare support post-go-live.

Project 1: SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Project

• Developed SAP Enable Now-based simulations for enhanced end-user understanding.
• Conducted end-user and superuser training for various modules, including MM, SD and Portal.

Project 2: SAP S/4 Hana Implementation Project

• Configured SAP S/4HANA MM settings for core business processes, including procurement (PR/PO), inventory management, and invoice verification.
• Configured material master, vendor/BP master, purchase document order types, account determination and release strategies for PR/PO approval processes.
• Prepared comprehensive functional specification documents, detailing business requirements and system behavior.
• Perform unit testing of standard and customized configuration in development server and system integration testing of MM module with other modules in testing server.
• Led the migration of legacy data to SAP S/4HANA using BAPI for material master, open purchase orders, work orders and stocks.
• Prepared user manual documents and provided end user training.

Project 3: ODOO ERP Project

• Set up and configured a B2B and B2C marketplace with ODDO ERP which provides standard as well as customized solutions for B2B and B2C marketplace.

Project: Support Project

• Provided production support for SAP MM Module.
• Solving issues/tickets with moderate and at times critical impact.
• Proactively discuss issues with other functional consultants for timely resolution.
• Participation in regular MM team meetings.
• Analyzing and providing solutions to the issues raised by the client.
• Interaction with end users for issue resolution.
