Process - Fund Transfer:

• Execute and monitor fund transfers for capital market transactions, including securities trades, derivatives settlements, and investment fund subscriptions/redemptions
• Validate payment instructions, ensuring accuracy in beneficiary information, account details, payment amounts, and currencies
• Coordinate with internal teams, counterparties, and custodians to verify transaction details and confirm the availability of funds for transfers
• Conducted monthly reconciliations of company accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Trade settlement:

• Facilitated trade settlements by coordinating with traders, brokers, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate trade Affirmation, confirmation and settlement
• Oversaw the daily reconciliation of trade activity, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly to minimize risk exposure
• Handling Affirmations, Drafting, Incoming Review, Matching and Chasing activity
• Monitored and managed failed trades, proactively taking actions to rectify settlement issues and minimize operational risks
• Prepared settlement-related reports and provided regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Process - Trade settlement:

• Ensuring timely affirmation of trades once all the relevant trade parameters are perfectly matching with the client's confirmation document
• Responsible for day-to-day cash settlement operations on Equity Swaps product related to fixed income derivative trades
• Responsible for escalation, investigation and rectification of breaks within the stipulated time frame
• Ensuring timely Post Settlement Reconciliation and SWIFT matching
• Responsible for reviewing and reconciling of client's long form confirmation with our trade details in the system
• Monitoring queues to ensure payments are settling before currency cut offs and discrepancies if any are being escalated and resolved in a timely manner
• Daily huddle calls with client to provide updates on volumes and highlight challenges/issues if any
• Handling SSI accounts and SWIFT payments for external clients.

Process - Trade Repair & settlement:

• We received Instructions (SWIFT) in the Application called Global transaction processing system (GTPS)
• We have to check all the trade details provided by the swift messages
• By any reason trade gets failed we have to identify error (like Invalid broker code, Multi listed security & Invalid bank details) according to that we have to take action upon it and settle the trade
• Settling Receive trade partially when sub custodian confirms partial settlement
• In case of partial deliver confirmation, we do cancel rebook form and Trade Form
• When we received cancel Trade confirmation, we do Replacement of trade
• Daily, weekly and monthly call with client and discussing the escalation and other issues
• Trade settlements on the basis of confirmation received from sub custodian
• Working on trades like (RECFREE) (DELFREE) (RECEIVE VS PAYMENT) (DELIVER VS PAYMENT).

Process - Cash Processing & Trade Settlement:

• Processing handles cash receipts, transfer & payments (MT103, MT202, MT210, MT308, MT300 etc.) on both accounting & custody
• Foreign exchanges (FX) processing
• Resolving breaks (custody/accounting)
• Sweep the fund for overnight
• Accounting review done accurately on timely manner
• Mentoring junior staff of the team
• Responsible for high quality service to the Client
• Generating EOD report for all the transactions
• Managing the whole team without any Team Lead into the business
• Handling the Business with good quality & quantity of work
• I have an in charge of completely handling the work of Team for all clients' regarding the wire IN and wire OUT transactions
• Also handling the work related to the Applications i.e., Cash Manager, VMW, Instruct, ECFM, SSCM, Instruct LITE, MCH, Sweep, Chque pro.
