Responsibilities and Work Experience:
- Wood and Steel Pole modelling in PLS-POLE using client standards and manufacturing cut-sheets.
- Creating component library files for insulators, wood poles, steel poles, crossarms, tubular steel davit arms in pls-pole using manufacturer's cutsheets.
- Developing project specific design criteria document and setting up criteria file in pls-cadd model.
- Importing survey lidar and creating alignment, structure spotting and profiling in pls-cadd.
- Rebuild line design, analysis for greenfiled and brownfield projects and conceptual line design.
- Mitigating design violations and clearance issues with engineering solutions.
- Developing design loadings and structure framing drawings for custom steel structures.
- Reviewing vendor provided steel pole calculation package and pls-pole models.
- Modelling and analyzing existing Method 4 structures for OHGW Replacement and Re-Conductoring projects.
- Performing batch thermal and developing as-built pls-cadd models.
- Damper analysis for overhead ground wires, optical ground wires and conductors in AFL VIBREC software.
- Project Budget Estimation.
- Creating Bill of Material and Construction Package which includes plan and profile drawings, phasing drawings, stringing charts, route map and general overview coversheet, construction staking drawings, permit drawings, foundations design drawings for structures on drilled shaft foundations, aerial marker ball and galloping devices placement drawing structure hardware drawings and damper placement drawings.
- Providing technical trainings to team members and technical problem solving.
- Monitoring project progress, schedule, budget and producing high quality line design and package.
- Lead multiple high-impact projects in the Transmission Department, collaborating with US regional offices and clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with counterparts, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery.

QUALITY CHAMP & INTERNAL AUDITOR for Transmission Dept. (Jan 2023-till date)
- As a Quality Champ, Im responsible for maintaining high quality on all submittals to client across all transmission projects.
- Developing and implementing various ways to improve the quality process.
- Performing risk analysis on a particular submittal where the quality score was not above the department quality objective.
- As an Internal Auditor, I audit projects of other department and create audit reports.
