1) Gillig (Duration: December 2024 to present).
- Supporting a leading North American bus manufacturer in designing and creating the BOM (Bill of Materials) work.
- Responsible for creating 2D seat layouts for buses using UG NX 2406 and AutoCAD.
- Created 3D floor panels and flooring layouts.
- Supporting the creation of installation drawings for floor panels and seats required in buses.
- Using Teamcenter 2406 for managing CAD data.
- Working on various customer-specific software, such as Adept for managing design-related documents and Syteline for checking and managing bus-related BOMs.
- Study of various meeting notes, and understanding seating and floor requirements for the bus.
- Communicating with cross teams (Supplier, Sales, Proto team, CAE team) from onsite to achieve timely delivery of buses.
- Maintaining track of various request statuses, preparing the task delivery report.
2) Nortek Data Centre Cooling (Duration: Sep 2023 to Nov 2024).
- Responsible for creating highly detailed sheet metal components and 2D drawings using SolidWorks 2023.
- Created an outside sheet metal structure and assembly of the CRAH (Computer Room Air Handler) unit.
- Completed sheet metal components, assembly drawings, and prepared BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Managed and maintained CAD data using SolidWorks PDM.
- Throughout the project, I had good communication with the team, which has led to delivering high-quality design.
3) EDH (Duration: Sep 2022 to Aug 2023).
- Design support for various suppliers of GM (General Motors) and Stellantis.
- GM (General Motors): Having knowledge of GM standards and GM Teamcenter activities. Also, using UG NX 1953 tool for drafting and modeling.
- Stellantis: Supported Stellantis suppliers for drafting and modeling. And related to Teamcenter activities. Using UG NX Tool 1926.
- Successfully managed multiple client accounts and their delivery schedules.
