• Performed weekly activities such as position reconciliation between accounting & custody, updating variable rates of securities which have variable rates. Monthly NAV calculation of client's funds. Preparing working trial balances of various clients also sending pricing request for unpriced securities to investment managers.

• Conducted regular process review connects with UK quality coaches/managers to discuss quality issues if any and streamline them.

External Reconciliation (Daily/Monthly Recon)

• Resolved cash and positions discrepancies related to derivatives products such as Swaps, Collateral, FX Trades Futures, Options, Corporate Action, etc
• Liaised with middle office functions teams for breaks resolution.
• Analyzed daily Transaction reconciliations to check for overdrafts and exceptions and to follow up with custodians and various other departments
• Generate and disseminate finalized month end Portfolio Valuation Reports of Investment Manager to Custodian Banks.

CLAIMS :

• Successfully migrated CLAIMS process form onshore to India.
• Managed entire CLAIMS process consisting of 35 FTE's
