As part of the Merchant acquiring unit I was in-charge of the following key activities:
Managing customer request for fresh EDC installation . Ensure EDC rolls replenishment, repair of faulty devices through a team of trained technicians.
Implementing a standard request form to capture all necessary information (customer details,location, desired installation date , specific requirements, etc).
Maintain adequate stock of office supplies including paper and cartridges, through timely procurement .
Communicate with sales team to stay informed about new customer acquisitions , installation requests and complain management .
Provide feedback on installation progress and any potential delays .
Ensure sales team are aware of the installation process
Ensure that all the EDC machines are properly authorized and activated.
Work with the authorization department to resolve any activation issue.
Request and acquire authorization codes from the authorization department, enabling the installation of EDC machines .
Resolving any technical issues that may arise after installation . Provide staff for technical support .
Maintained consistent communication with my Manager , providing timely updates on the team performance and escalating any significant challenges.
