• Batelco Bahrain Transformation Project

          Worked as a Solution Lead for the Oracle Convergent Charging Controller and Billing and Revenue Management nodes which are involved in the  Normalization , Rating , Charging , etc.  Predominately involved in the customer discussions and  data collection from the erstwhile RODOD Stack  and its cutom elements and custom codes.

• Vodafone Qatar Enterprise Project

         Worked as a  Principal Consultant  for the design and development of the Billing and Charging System and specialling the Oracle Convergent Charging node. Develop Control Plans and Integration plans for the flow of CAMEL and RO messages from network towards the downstream system.

• Telenor DTAC Transformation Project

        Worked as  a Principal consulatant for the requirement gathering and use cases identification for the Voice , SMS and DATA calls and preparation of the Test Object lists. Worked as a lead for the  implementation of all the Call nad Notification flows  sollowed by  Functional , stress and Performance testing.

Ericsson 

• Vodafone Idea BHCA Expansion & Idea HW Refresh Project

        Worked Pre-dominantly in the pre-study of the erstwhile old version systems for design the plan for the replacement and Software and database upgrades. Interacted with customer for publishing the migration Plan and discussion on the Activity plans.

• Vodafone IN Voucher Migration Project

       This migration Comprising of a very large base classic Voucher migration to the modernized Next Gen Voucher server for 4 Vodafone Circles. Worked as a solution lead for Pre Study, Analysis ,DR Mapping, designing and Migration strategizes and customization requirements.

• Bhutan Intelligent Network Modernization

        Worked along with the Team lead for  migration of  database of  traditional voucher system from oracle to Cassandra based application.  Involved in making the Activity plan with the step by step activities.

• Idea Migration Next Gen Project

        Worked as a Subject Matter Expert for designing the migration plan  for migration of legendry CRM system based out in Sysbase system to Modern CRM system based out in Oracle RAC database.

• Airtel OCS Swapping Project

       Worked as Team Lead for the Installation and commissioning of the Provisioning and Mediation Nodes for 5 Circles compring of around 80 Million of subscriber base. 

• Nepal Telecom – IVR System

        Worked for the IVR system-based query such as Fault Booking, Result Enquiry. The work responsibility is to install the platform, testing the services and interaction with the customers for the new requirements.

• NCELL CBS Migration Project

        Worked with the migration team to share the various inputs required during the requirement gathering. I have lead team of 4 people for the installation and integration of Customer relationship management and various modules. The other work involved preparation of Low level documentation, Acceptance test cases and functional test cases.

• Tata Docomo SDP Project

         Worked as a Site lead and involved in installation of site , power On , installation of switches , routers , server boards , LOad Balancers and Transcoding Servers.
