Financial Analysis and Planning

• Drive budget development and consolidation by providing front-line guidance to cost center holders, ensuring timely completion and year-on-year productivity improvements.

Financial Operations and Controls

• Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting activities, including invoice validation, accrual generation, and reconciliations, to meet internal and external audit requirements.
• Provide financial expertise and guidance to business managers on financial systems, procedures, and best practices to optimize business performance.
• Support the implementation of new financial processes and systems, including chart of account changes and data capture requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to evaluate high-value contracts, mitigating financial risks and ensuring optimal contract terms.

Business Partnering and Support

• Provide ongoing support to business managers in financial matters, including RFPs and P2P ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Facilitate financial awareness and literacy within the business through training and coaching on financial concepts and tools.
• Partner with business units to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, cost reduction, and resource optimization.

• Billing, Collections, Inventory Management.

• Educate Branch Staff on accounting policies & procedures by providing them timely solutions.
• Verification of Branch compliance in all statutory obligation & payments along with implementation of Company's various Policies, at the time of Visit.
• Prepare & evaluate Branch Performance Report to rate the Branch with Reward Points and submit to the higher management.
• Keeping track of Advance Payment and Receipts, Bank Reconciliation.
