Project #1: Application Onboarding in ISC (Ongoing)

• Leading IAM Project in SailPoint ISC
• Defined and executed end-to-end project plan for onboarding multiple business-critical applications during the current project phase.
• Coordinated with stakeholders to establish timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Configured each application for automated certification campaigns, access reviews, and reporting.
• Onboarding application such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Office365, Okta and Delimited Application.
• Automated the process of uploading CSV files into ISC-delimited applications using BeanShell scripting and FileUpload utility to streamline bulk user provisioning.
• Worked on identity and system cleanup activities, ensuring removal of stale, orphaned, and inactive accounts as per client-defined policies.

Project #2: Internal IGA Deployment (Ongoing)

• Working on SailPoint IIQ Green field implementation.
• Responsible for connecting with application teams to understand their user and role management processes, and translated this understanding into SailPoint-compatible configurations.
• Evaluated and proposed the most suitable integration method (e.g., direct connector, delimited file, web service) for each application based on technical and business requirements.
• Once the connector design was finalized, collaborated with subordinates to implement and configure the integration within the defined project timelines, ensuring successful onboarding and testing.
• Integrated and onboarded Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Arcon PAM, SharePoint, Oracle Ebusiness suite and Outsystems.
• Developed custom provisioning workflows, certification logic, and notification templates.
• Implemented CRM Admin Module to segregate role-based admin controls in the access lifecycle.
• Create complete custom Access Request and approval process for disconnected application and other SharePoint applications.

Project #3: NPA Lifecycle Management

• Automated complete lifecycle management for NPA accounts (Functional, Bot, and Service) including provisioning, de-provisioning, access modification, and periodic certification.
• Defined lifecycle policies aligned with security and compliance standards to manage account ownership, validity, and automated deactivation of stale accounts.
• Designed and executed detailed deployment plans, including rollback strategies and validation steps, to ensure smooth rollout across environments.
• Coordinated and led development, testing (unit, system, and integration), and UAT phases.
• Worked closely with client-side users during UAT to capture feedback, validate functional requirements, and ensure successful sign-off.
• Conducted security impact assessments and risk reviews in collaboration with client compliance and audit teams.
• Performed end-to-end deployments, monitored post-deployment results, and provided hypercare support to ensure operational stability.

Project #1: SailPoint IIQ 8.1 to 8.3 Upgrade Project

• Led the upgrade project from SailPoint IIQ v8.1 to 8.3 in a multi-region environment.
• Performed complete upgrade in sandbox environment using SSB and Custom approach and provided feedback of issue faced in local during upgrade.
• Identified, reported, and fixed upgrade-related issues during Dev and Sandbox cycles.

Project #2: SailPoint IIQ Access Review and Certification Automation

• Responsible for automating the OOTB certification for entitlement owner certification and role composition certification.
• Based on the client requirement, automated the certifications and controlled the certification behaviors by using the Exclusion rule and Pre-Delegation Rule.
• Configure Application Accounts, Entitlements and Account Groups Certification as per the business requirement.
• Developed population-based certifications for various user groups and dynamic conditions.
• Tuned performance for heavy data load certification processes.
• Enhanced team productivity by streamlining workflow processes and implementing time-saving strategies.

Project #1 – Custom Access Request Creation :

• Created custom Java logic to launch target workflows for request and approval processes.
• Created Custom Form for request submission in JSF and Java Bean Technology.
• Onboarded JDBC application into the System.
• Integrated password reset workflows with third-party helpdesk tools.
• Onboarded JDBC-based internal applications with unique schema provisioning requirements.

Project #1: SailPoint Enhancement/Connector Onboarding

• Responsible for defining timelines and provide update to required task business need of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Build a custom workflow for password reset integrated with ServiceNow.
• Onboard applications based on requirement. Such as Active Directory-Direct, LDAP, Oracle, JDBC and Logical connector.
• Design and implemented various custom workflow for application provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Implemented custom JDBC logic to provision user in mysql database.
• Implemented custom login using rule and workflow to disabled user having last login for than 60 days and delete user having last login for than 90days.
