- Led and supervised this 5-member cross-functional (business, technical, reporting) team toward the successful implementation of OFSAA IFRS 9 and SIT phase of Asset Liability Management (ALM) module in a major bank in Vietnam and India region respectively.
- Drove discussions and walkthroughs with the client regarding data requirements, configuration and overall flow of data from source system to reports.
- Assisted in the process of extracting data from multiple source systems while liaising with different stakeholders and vendors to streamline as per requirement.
- Delivered key project milestone documents pertaining to configuration, system tests, production runs and user training such as configuration documents, functional specification documents, etc.
- Developed logic for the different ECL calculation methodologies followed in order to generate ECL movement reports and integration with other modules such as MMG, etc.

- Performed excel based modelling of cash flows for all the 120 + products of the client’s portfolio, required as per Treasury and Market Risk teams spanning Liquidity and IRRBB reports.

- Built the end-to-end batch design and successfully accomplished all the 350 + system test cases.
