• Business goal was to migrate data and metadata from on-premise Hadoop cluster to Microsoft Azure.
• This involves transfer of files to appropriate subscription at azure, creating external tables on top of that using Data bricks Notebooks.
• Testing and validating on premise data using Hue with editors Hive and impala.
• Involved in testing and validating transferred data in azure to ensure successful migration.
