1. Undertook three major projects within the first 6 months of my onboarding. These projects were:
-Conducting a deep dive into improving customer approval rates
-Amending a policy to reduce unnecessary credit exposure.
-Putting together a comprehensive document to improve the onboarding experience for Brex's valued clients. This project required an ongoing partnership with Brex's Engineering Teams.
2. #1 producer of ongoing risk and customer onboarding work in a team of 6 analysts.
3. Assessed the credit quality of applying customers and discerned their ability to repay.
4. Conducted ongoing reviews of business client risk triggers.
5. Reviewed existing underwriting process and finding opportunities for improvement.
6. Reviewed businesses' financial statements to better assess the credit risk of providing credit limits greater than $1M. This analysis included studying and presenting a prospective customer's financial health and making recommendations that prevented Brex from taking on additional risk.
7. Maintained cross-functional partnerships with Product, Risk, Servicing and Customer Experience teams.

1. Effectively resolved customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner via,
email, phone and chat.
2. Triaged incoming requests and spotted trends in customer issues to flag for the rest of the team.
3. Identified, reproduced, and documented bugs for Engineering teams.
4. Contributed to the ongoing learning and success of our team, and the company, by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and aiding in
documentation.
5. Passed the Securities Industry Essentials FINRA exam.
