Responsibility-
1) Ensuring the sustainable and profitable growth of our e- commerce business across all partner marketplaces.
2) Taking ownership of KPI management for all Marketplace, including Target setting, sales, Data Analysis, Advertisement, demand planning, Reporting and P&L.
3) Establish strong relationships with marketplaces and create quarterly JBP (Joint Business Plans) that include sales targets, advertising spend, FOC visibility, market trend analysis, NPD, inward planning and inventory.
4) Manage Top-line & Bottom-Line revenue goals and Secure Margins in line with overall guidance
5) Analyze data weekly / monthly to identify trends and growth opportunities, create a strategic action plan to optimize sales.
6) Manage / allocate Marketing Budget for Marketplace and evaluate effectiveness on regular basis to improve ROAS, AOV, Conversion, Profitability.
7) Lead all internal operational functions in collaboration with internal teams, including merchandising and buying, marketing, finance, supply chain, and legal.
8) Plan and Execute monthly marketplace event plan for Brand Visibility, Brand Call outs, discounts alignment and liquidation, seller account health metrics, rebate strategies.
9) Develop strategies to enhance revenue and profitability by controlling returns & cancellations, maintaining SKU-level margins, negotiating commission structures during events, securing rebates from marketplaces, optimizing order fulfillment costs, and monitoring marketing spend and other agency cost structures.
10) Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities for the brand, establish strategic partnerships.
11) Develop an annual business blueprint with actionable steps to meet all agreed-upon and negotiated revenue & Profits.
Pioneer to start Ecommerce Journey in Furniture category from 2012. Having more than 3 lakhs sq. ft. manufacturing Units in 6 states. Offering 8 brands with 1200+ Product Catalogue.
Responsible for Digital/ecommerce P&L (Revenues, Margins and Profitability) & Providing strategic direction and leadership to organization.
Responsibility-
1) Make new alliance with Marketplace / other organization like Private label and create more business opportunity to drive incremental GMV.
2) Create and deliver the operating plan for D2C channels- furny.in (Own Website) and online marketplaces.
3) Create Blueprint and Strategy to Build Brand in Ecommerce Industry.
4) Lead overall Performance marketing function and driving the digital marketing agenda of budget allocation and executions of plans to achieve desired target, along with building digital presence Brand.
5) Building / Identifying new Product categories/segments for the business, and accordingly arrange sourcing / partnership with another vendor. Drive relationship with manufacturer and trader to build up more product portfolio and supply chain.
6) Manage the overall Operations of the team along with the Sales, Production, Logistics Management and Customer Service of the Company.
7) Create and Execute MOM and YOY sales growth plan and target to achieve company's Goal.

Responsibility-
1) Monitoring business activity & Revenue Contribution by keeping abreast with major trends and initiatives in categories.
2) Coordinating with the Seller Marketing and Category Management team to help sellers participate in different promotions.
3) Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Category.
4) Monitoring and actioning of sellers Business activity.
5) Coordinating with various business units to ensure proper functioning of business.
a)Business Development: Retaining and growing the business of eBay top seller accounts in the Furniture, Home & Living, Fitness and sports, Auto Accessories and kitchen Categories.
b) Relationship Management: Responsible for handling the account related activities of the seller & one point of contact to offer resolution for the issues raised by the sellers/clients.
