I am the Design Director at Design Incubator R&D Labs Pvt Ltd, a leading UX and Product Design consultancy that helps tech companies incubate user experience capabilities, build design delivery systems, and train professionals.
With over 23 years of experience in UX research, design, and management, I have served over 150 software companies across various domains and locations, delivering impactful and user-centric solutions. I have also trained over 3500 IT professionals in UX and taught in educational institutes.
I have held positions as an Experience Director / UX Manager / Product Design Head in several large software companies including Schlumberger and Amdocs India.
