  • Currently associated with Working Capital Management team as lead for Digital Product Finance.
  • Managing a portfolio of around 800 Cr with 4800 dealers.
  • Working Capital disbursement for Digital Product Finance scaled from 1900 Cr in FY 22 to 8200 Cr in FY 24.
  • Working Capital Coverage improved from 26% in FY 22 to 56% in FY 24.
  • Delivering and exceeding AOP targets on disbursement, dealer activation and average receivables consecutively from last two Financial years.
  • Key Account Management- Conversion of 95% of key account partners from Trade Advance to interest bearing product which contributed to profitability of product.
  • Identified scope of improvement in working Capital policies and worked closely on policy making and revamp existing policies as per business requirement which resulted in increase in disbursement and dealer enrolment/ activation.
  • Online OTP based SFDC dealer enrolment process gone live in Jan'24 which helped to reduce enrolment TAT significantly. Around 5600 dealers empanelled through online process.
  • Worked on introducing two new working capital products- Hybrid IBTA and Retailer Finance for Digital OEMs. Pilot launch under process with Apple OEM.
  • Responsible for end to end product management and enrolment processes.
