Developed an SQL-based solution to analyze and reduce Average Handle Time (AHT) in a call center by identifying agents with low talk time and high wrap time. The project aimed to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction by providing actionable insights into agent performance. Wrote complex SQL queries to calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as talk time, wrap time, and AHT for each agent.
