• • Lead and manage a team of 10 data associates to execute data research projects from conception
• to delivery, including data gathering, data cleaning, and data visualization.
• • Develop data strategies and roadmaps for various data research projects, ensuring alignment with
• business objectives.
• • Present multiple reports and actionable insights to stakeholders in the United States, leading to
• improved decision-making by conducting data analysis and creating insightful visualizations.
• • Establish data quality assurance processes and implement data governance policies, improving data
• accuracy and consistency.
• • Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback, training, and support to enhance their skills
• and abilities. Also, conduct monthly 1:1 sessions with every data associate.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and improve data processes.
• • Manage daily workflow for associates according to the client's priority.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data across various databases and systems.
• Develop and implement data quality checks and controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness
of data.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of data to identify any issues or inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data quality processes and procedures.

All the responsibilities of a Research Associate along with -
• Conduct shadow sessions for new joiners and provide them feedback for efficiency.
• Provide floor support to researchers and resolve complex issues effectively and efficiently.
• Work on data hygiene projects to improve data accuracy and integrity.

• Track transactions across the entire private investment life cycle including Venture Capital, Private
Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, PIPE, Debt, and IPO.
• Read and processes volumes of data and picks out relevant information from news, regulatory
filings, and websites to collect key data points on financing rounds, company management,
financials, service providers, etc., and enter those into a web-based tool.
• Discover emerging companies, conduct research on potential investment opportunities, and gain a
competitive edge in investment decision-making and negotiations.

● Communicate trading calls and investing Ideas to customers

● Generate brokerage and volume.

● Trade on behalf of clients, keep them informed about rates, research information and market outlook, order & trade details, and confirmations

● Cross-sell third-party products (Life Insurance & Mutual funds).
