1. PLM Project (Infor Optiva) – Human and Pet Food.

· Led end-to-end Infor Optiva PLM implementation for food industry clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.

· Designed and configured Formulation Management, Specifications, Compliance, and Labelling modules to meet FDA/USDA and global regulatory standards.

· Partnered with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams to streamline recipe development, ingredient management, and packaging workflows, reducing product launch cycle times.

· Configured approval workflows and security roles to align with business processes and ensure compliance with corporate governance.

· Migrated legacy product data into Optiva PLM, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and traceability.

Project Overview: Successfully managed end-to-end implementation of LabWare LIMS for the Brazil production line, covering Lot Management, Standards & Reagents Management, and Instrument Management to improve compliance, efficiency, and traceability.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

· Directed full project lifecycle management from initiation to hypercare, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

· Led project initiation and high-level discovery workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements.

· Coordinated key user trainingand facilitated LIMS Admin & Pharma Admin enablement.

· Conducted solution adoption and gap study, identifying system fit vs. required customizations.

· Oversaw hardware infrastructure setup, software installation, and development environment readiness.

· Refactored 24 data science repositoriesto align with GCP data architecture.

· Led Agile delivery: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives.

2. ERP Modernization – QAD Enterprise Edition Implementation

· Directed replacement of legacy MFGPro Standard Edition with QAD Enterprise Edition.

3. ATPM Replacement with TM 4.0 (SAP CRM Integration)

· Replaced ATPM add-on with SAP Trade Management (TM 4.0) integrated with SAP S/4HANA & BW.

· Coordinated ABAP pulls, aggregation programs, TPM/BW testing, and sign-off processes.

4. SAP Concur Implementation – Asia Rollout - Jun 2016 – May 2020

· Led rollout of Concur Expense, Travel, and Amex Card solutions across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and India(~4,470 employees).

· Managed project lifecycle: blueprinting, design, build, test, training, go-live, and hypercare.

· Coordinated with Capgemini, SAP Concur, and internal GMI teams for seamless delivery.

· Built a robust transition plan to hand over future support to Capgemini.
