· Led end-to-end Infor Optiva PLM implementation for food industry clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.

· Designed and configured Formulation Management, Specifications, Compliance, and Labelling modules to meet FDA/USDA and global regulatory standards.

· Partnered with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams to streamline recipe development, ingredient management, and packaging workflows, reducing product launch cycle times.

Project Overview: Successfully managed end-to-end implementation of LabWare LIMS for the Brazil production line, covering Lot Management, Standards & Reagents Management, and Instrument Management to improve compliance, efficiency, and traceability.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

· Directed full project lifecycle management from initiation to hypercare, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

· Led project initiation and high-level discovery workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements.

· Coordinated key user trainingand facilitated LIMS Admin & Pharma Admin enablement.

· Conducted solution adoption and gap study, identifying system fit vs. required customizations.

· Oversaw hardware infrastructure setup, software installation, and development environment readiness.
