• Vendor Inspection: Visited the vendor's location for an inspection of the system along with the Project Manager and the Design Head to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Facilitation of IMR, GPD, and Sales Realization: Played a role in facilitating the IMR, Goods Procurement Document (GPD), and the realization of sales in the second quarter of the financial year.
• Logistics Planning: Assisted in planning the logistics for the delivery of the system, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• FIM Issuance: Issued Free Issue Material (FIM) to the vendor WaveOptix for integration, supporting the seamless integration of components.
