This role combines expertise in both Tableau for creating interactive and insightful dashboards and Alteryx for automating data preparation, transformation, and integration. The developer will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and automated data workflows that support decision-making and business operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tableau:Extensive experience in developing Tableau reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  Ability to design complex Tableau calculations, filters, and aggregations.
  Familiarity with Tableau Server or Tableau Online for deployment and user management.
  
• Proficiency in Alteryx:Strong experience in building and optimizing Alteryx workflows for ETL processes, data transformation, and automation.
  Familiarity with Alteryx Server and Alteryx Gallery for workflow deployment and scheduling.
  
• Data Integration & Querying:Strong SQL skills for querying and integrating data from relational databases.
  Experience working with various data sources (SQL, Excel, CSV, APIs, cloud data platforms).
  Knowledge of integrating Alteryx workflows with Tableau for automated data preparation.
  
• Data Analysis & Performance Optimization:Ability to analyze large datasets and optimize data pipelines for performance.
  Experience improving Tableau workbook performance and troubleshooting slow queries.
  
• Communication & Collaboration:Strong communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate complex data issues to non-technical users.
  

Alteryx Developer : Automated around 20+ processes through Alteryx and delivered web based solutions to user resulted in saving of 3.5 FTE. Also trained stakeholders from each team. Below are some Major Deliverables:

• Posting Rule Simulator: Developed alteryx based Simulator to Design, Validate and Extract complex Posting Rules for Detailed Ledger resulted in saving of 1 FTE
• 3 - Way Reconciliation : Developed reconciler which populates data from 4 data sources and compare based on key resulting in reduction of manual efforts to ~10 mins from 6 hours.
• Data Extraction and Churning: Large volume of Data Extraction for analysis purpose and churning of data as per business need. Also, maintaining key metrics for project.

R Developer :

• IC Topside Automation : Automated very critical and complex process through R which resulted in Saving of 1 FTE
• ICLC L5 L6 Reporting: Developed R based solution which generates L5 L6 reports resulted in saving of 20 hours/Month on critical business days.

Qlik and Tableau Developer :

• COO Headcount Dashboard : Automated COO Head count dashboard in Qlik-Sense which had Drill Down functionality.
• Products Performance Dashboards : Automated Performance dashboards for CS products for higher management in Qlik.
• Fund Allocation Dashboards: Automated Sector-wise, Country-wise and region-wise fund allocation dashboards in Tableau.

• Azure Data Factory Developer: Data from around 25 source systems being ingested in Datalake Gen1 using Data Factory as Mirror Layer. Built an external tables on top of it.
• Client Reporting Analyst: Developed and maintained critical Client reports and Marketing material. Reporting Tool : FMC, Xinnovation, DWH
• Report Rebranding Projects : Was responsible for rebranding of ~1200 client reports and internal reports for SSGA.
