Accounts Receivable Team

• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

• Set up bank accounts and reconciliation rules.
• Integrate to track and manage cash inflows and outflows.
• Set up integration to manage auto policy taxes (e.g. premium tax, state sales tax, regulatory fees etc).
• Set up customer profiles, payment terms, and credit limits.
• Configure policy rules, payment methods, and policy letters.
• Set up approval hierarchies for policy validation and payments.
• Define payment methods (e.g., EFT, checks, Fast E-pay) and configure automatic payments.
• Worked on Implementation projects using AR module.

Accounts Payable Team

• Reviewing estimates and audit reports from technical team.
• Issuing payments to vendors after comparing estimates and audit reports.
• In case of dispute, negotiating with vendors with appropriate calculation and rates.
• Reviewing sublet invoices and issuing payments to Network or Non network vendors.
• Auditing higher payments cases/invoices to void over/duplicate payments.
• Helping auditing team to manage their SLA or backlogs.
• Issuing deductible to Insured in exception cases.

Accounts Receivable Team

• Sending policy renewal reminder letters to Insured/Brokers.
• Set up customer profiles, payment terms, and credit limits.
• Applying credits to customer's profiles.
• Sending policy letters to Insured regarding policy cancellation or renewal
• Reviewing policy documents and helping customer calculating their NCD (No claim discount) percentage.
• Working on RCPS and process improvement ideas with Project management team and design team for improving the business.
