• Developing comprehensive UAT scenarios and test cases derived from real-world use-cases. Ensuring thorough coverage of all essential functionalities and workflows.
• Assess and review test scenarios and test cases created by team members.

Collaborative Tools Proficiency:

• Managed bug tracking systems, ensuring timely resolution of reported issues and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Utilizing tools such as JIRA to report bugs and to create and document test cases.
• Conducting testing on web engage events and Adobe events to monitor user journeys utilizing Web Engage dashboard, Charles Proxy, and Griffon. Performing API testing using Postman, database testing through SQL queries.

Change Management:

• Communicating with stakeholders about changes.
• Addressing concerns and resistance related to the implementation.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Supported successful product launches by conducting extensive pre-release testing and validation activities.
