- For Partner Manager Lead role, defined and rolled out complete governance/process of RISE with SAP operations with Accenture as Premium supplier. This involved creation of SOPs across RISE Operations.
- Contributed by writing RISE with SAP Technical Design document in line with SAP ECS guidelines. Ares of contribution included SAP Application, SAP HANA, SAP ASE Database, SAP MAXDB, Azure Backups, Azure Application Gateways, Azure Load Balancers and all such technical components involved in SAP Implementation and support.

- Responsibility involved handling offshore delivery team of 70 resources across all SAP functional modules, SAP ABAP, SAP Basis and Data migration team.
