January 2024 – Present

• Led a team of 8 (7 developers + 1 QA) in designing and delivering a batch processing application using Spring Batch 5 and Control-M (BMC Software).
• Spearheaded the migration of Java 8/11 code to Java 17 within the OpenLiberty Framework.
• Awarded "Star of the Month" for outstanding individual performance and team received the “Best Team Award” for delivering a critical Spring Batch Job ahead of schedule.
• Set performance goals and provided regular feedback to team members.

System Engineer
August 2022 – December 2023

• Developed microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot 3+.
• Utilized Kafka for building containerized applications, monitored using Kibana.
• Deployed applications using OpenShift Containers, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Presented system demos for multiple production releases to customers; received client and senior management appreciation.

Assistant System Engineer

• Contributed to the migration from Java 8/11 to Java 17 and Spring Boot 2+ to 3+.
• Deployed code via GitLab pipelines and managed environments using OpenShift & Helm.
• Followed Agile methodology with bi-weekly sprints, logged work using JIRA.
