• MIS-Console

A multi-channel messaging summary platform for SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp. Responsibilities included validating dashboards, reports, and modules such as Summary, Latency, Failure, and WhatsApp Template Management. Conducted functional, regression, and API testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Pace-API

A high-throughput bulk messaging platform enabling multi-channel delivery across SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and TC. The system processes large-scale message requests with advanced retry mechanisms, smart routing logic, real-time status tracking, and channel fallback capabilities. Designed for enterprise workloads, the platform ensures reliable delivery with optimized throughput, scalable architecture, and low-latency response handling.

• Template manager

A platform designed for creating, editing, managing, and deleting communication templates across multiple channels such as SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. The system provides a unified interface for businesses to build channel-specific or multi-channel templates, apply validation, manage approval workflows, and ensure compliance with messaging standards. The platform integrates with backend messaging services to support real-time preview, dynamic variable insertion, and content governance.

• Developed automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver Java
• Performed SQL-based database testing to verify backend data integrity
• Implemented smart routing logic to dynamically select the most cost-effective delivery channel based on real-time pricing, delivery rules, and channel availability, ensuring optimized message delivery at lower cost.
• Conducted functional, regression, and API testing and tracked defects using JIRA
