  • Started my career as a Banker i.e. Probationary officer (Dy. Manager) in Feb, 2004 with Bank of Maharashtra. Since 2006 to 2014 , I was leading Branches as Branch Manager at Ponkal (Hyderabad Zone), Visakhpatnam (Andhra Pradesh) Ambejogai ( Maharashtra) , Howrah (West Bengal) with total business of varies from Rs.21.00 Crores of Rs.110 Crores with Credit portfolio of Rs. 14.00 Crores to Rs.65.00 Crore.
  • In–charge of Forex Department Hyderabad for around 2 years from 2008-2010. Within the 7 years of my joining I was got elevated twice i.e as Manager in 2007 and as Senior Manager in 2011.
  • In 2014 upto May 2015 worked as Credit processing officer for both MSME and Corporate advances at Credit Processing Cell (CPC-Corporate and MSME) at Kolkata.
  • In May, 2015 promoted as Chief Manager and posted as In charge of Credit Processing Cell , Kolkata Zone. I was leading credit appraisal team of 14 officers for Corporate, MSME and Retails as well. I was handling the entire credit portfolio of the Zone. Kolkata Zone comprises of 78 branches in 12 States. ( West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Seven sister states of North-East and Sikkim). I worked as CPC in charge for two years.
  • From May 2017 till May 2019 was assisting as the Personal Executive to Executive Director at H.O. Used to go through all the Policies of the Bank, Credit Proposals, Recovery , Risk and other. In June 2018, I got elevation to Assistant General Manager (AGM).
  • In May 2019, I was posted as Zonal Manager , Raipur Zone. As a Zonal Head , I was leading workforce of 272 employees in 47 Branches dispersed in entire Chattisgarh State and Two Districts of Madhya Pradesh. Gross Business of the entire Zone was Rs.4800.00 Crores. Credit Approver with Discretion Power of Rs.12.00 Crore. Based on the performance of my team at Raipur Zone, I was elevated to Deputy General Manager in April 2021.
  • I was shifted to Kolkata Zone as Zonal Manager in May 2021. As a Zonal Head , I was leading workforce of 463 employees in 67 Branches dispersed in entire state of West Bengal, Sikkim and Seven Sister North-Eastern States. Gross Business of the entire Zone was Rs.6700 Crores. Credit Approver with Discretion Power of Rs. 36.00 Crore.
  • Since November 2022 , I am working as functional head of the Credit Monitoring Department at Head office. Entire portfolio of the Bank is Monitored by our team at HO. We are the lowest in terms of GNPA and NNPA among the Public Sector Banks of the Country.
  • Also the member of the Credit Approval committee (CAC) – IV with Credit Approver with Discretionary Power (DP) of Rs. 50.00 Crore.
  • Insightful experience of complete loan cycle viz. sourcing of fresh deals, due- diligence, preparing appraisal notes, sanction, disbursement, monitoring and recovery.
  • Portfolio monitoring, identifying early warning signals and devising strategy for exiting/ reducing the exposure.
