Lead program based on facility-level research for World Bank project titled "Health System Assessments for System-Level Quality improvements in Gujarat." This includes implementation and execution of all facility-level research, coordination with ground teams, guiding required analysis, coordination with government counterparts (NHM, SHSRC) for operational purposes, tool development, quality assurance, field training and implementation, data monitoring, and primary analyses across various facility components: facility assessment, knowledge assessment of nurses and doctors, vignettes, exit interviews, and key informant interviews.
Managed team of 15 internal and 380 external (field investigators).
Collaborated with health professionals to coordinate public health interventions.
Supervise community and facility based engagement for women empowerment (decision making on healthcare seeking and gender roles).
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
Analysis and interpretation of public health data to identify patterns and trends in disease incidence with focus on Post-Partum Hemorrhage, Neonatal Resuscitation, Angina, Diabetes and Hypertension.
