• Providing administrative support and maintenance on Oracle 10g, 11g ,12c and 19c installations, database creation, database security, database optimization and tuning.
• Experience with providing and maintaining high availability and disaster recovery using ORACLE DATA GUARD.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting database performance using OEM, AWR, ADDM, ASH, Explain Plan, and TOAD.
• Performing other Security related tasks including Transparent Data Encryption (TDE).

• Implementing, tuning and maintaining Oracle database using OEM.
• Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data extraction, outage reports with supporting resolutions, preventative maintenance documentation and weekly activity report.
• Participating in the 24/7 on-call DBA rotation schedule.
• Managing Database Structure, Storage Allocation, Table partitioning, Table/Index segments, and Rollback segments, Constraints, Database Access, Roles and Privileges
• Oracle Database performance-tuning services with EXPLAIN PLAN, AWR reports, ADDM
• Extensive use of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Grid control for Performance, Administration and Maintenance of Databases
• Day to day maintenance included patching, cloning, and administration of concurrent manage process, Users, Forms, Reports and performance issues.
• 24x7 remote support and on call rotation

Perform SQL administrative tasks including installing and upgrading SQL server products, creating maintenance plans, and creating database objects

• Install, configure and deploy MS SQL Server. Perform capacity planning, performance turning, monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of the databases
• Prepares users by conducting training; providing information; resolving problems
• Designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendors
• Standardize and manage Database Administrator procedures for monitoring database performance, testing, archiving, and optimizing
• Maintenance and support of SQL server Mirroring, Log shipping, Clustering, and other methods of disaster recovery
