• Perform quality assurance in the GDS’s as per the required scope to ensure accurate display and auto pricing of the coded fare product.

• Raise troubleshoot report with GDS to solve pricing issues.

• Conducting RCA on internal as well as external errors, identifying gaps in the process and developing effective control measures to avoid repetitive errors.
• Preparing process documents for the new joinees to refer too, update the same on regular basis to ensure the records are in line with the latest process related updates.
