• Customer visit with co-ordinate with customer complaint and trying to solve it.
• Improve new ideas for fast engine B/D problem solving.
• Learn update engines specification.
• Co-Ordinate to company vender’s and provide company material to Vendor Company as par dispatch plan.
• Attained Company management meeting.
• Pre-set SPM machine as per changing types of Bearing size.
• Pre-set machine Grinder, Chuck, Automation sensor, convers setting.
• Clear all documentation from planning & production.
• Taking clearance from QC for Ok bearing Roughness ID/OD.
• Test Engines on Dynamometer and Thrust cradle as per Endurance Plane
• Mapping all engines parts using QC Tools and assembled it as per using Engine manual
• Before Test we looking all Engines test material Availability e.g. Battery ,fuel ,Tork range, RTD&BTD sensor, Thermostat sensor, Exhaust sensor, spark plug alignment etc.
• Checking Battery voltage ,ECU, sensor alignment, Rotor balancing, oscilloscope reading
• Solving Overheating problems, Troubleshooting, noise test, Rpm test, Thrust test Using Piezoelectric sensor, Test using Turbocharger.
• Experience in developing test plans and follow guidelines set by test plan.
• Report on project testing status. Build test environments and update bug database. Develop test plans and follow guidelines set by test plan
• Possess motivational management style with a record of being able to deliver positive results independently & under pressure.
