•  Preparing daily reconciliations of cash transactions, Accruals & Payments.
•  Performing recon on various currencies as fund involved in multiple bank accounts & investments in
• multiple currencies.
•  Calculating Interest, Dividend accruals as per client valuations.
•  Working on same day cash movement and processing dividends, Interest Accruals & commissions,
• Fees, Valuations Preferred Return & Carried interest Calculations.
•  Calculate capital call and distribution allocations upon client directives; assist in generation of these
• notices to investors; monitor cash contributions or distributions as necessary.
•  Training new joiners and managing team of around 6 people and maintaining KPR and KPI
• reports
•  Notes preparation of key drivers in statements which justify change & movement.
•  Reporting and analysis of financial Statements like Income statement, Balance sheet and Cash flow
• statement.
•  Booking daily activities in Geneva
•  Accounting for distributions, calls from underlying investments in a quarter, accruing Income and
• expenses, posting of valuation entries for underlying investments. Finalizing the NAV.
•  preparation of Financial Statements for the funds recommendations for decision making purposes..

 Booking daily Journal entries for cash with the help of relevant supporting docs in a timely manner.
 Preparing - Financial Statements, NAV, Performance Fee calculations, Management Fee calculations on
Monthly and Quarterly basis as agreed with the client.
 Completing the Ad hoc Requests like audit request on fund.
 Working on Automation like Preparation templates on accruals, payments, Transfer loaders to load into
Geneva.
 Working on Fund of Funds end to end process.
