notification for down, Flapping, High traffic notification to the customer

* Managing the issue Via CRM (Ticketing Tool) to customers (Assist-joho)
* Escalation the case of ILL link for link down, Flapping, latency etc
* Manage network operation and troubleshooting connectivity issues to assist them in setting up systems or
