  • It was six months of in - plant training wherein I worked under Quality Assurance Department.
  • It is plant where many products are prepared, out of which I worked as a trainee in mango season.
  • This training was shift - wise, where I worked for 12 hr a day.
  • During this training, I also got sty- fund for my good performance.
  • I worked under Mr Sandeep soni ( Asst Manager Quality) and Mr. Vaibhav Vattamwar ( operation manager)
  • Achievements: - Knowledge about Production line, can line, bottle line, Quality Assurance
  • Monitor an assembly line or conduct experiments in laboratories.
  • Testing and examining samples.
  • Writing reports on daily basis and submit to the head of the department.
  • Study the sampling procedure and their reports and compare with older one and brief them.
  • Report of production on daily basis and or on Hour basis and finds the root cause if any.
  • Packaging Material Testing and report to the QA Head.
  • Testing of all the materials and process flow.
  • Study the production rate and quality of the products.
  • Finished products sampling.
  • Dispatch records maintain and submit the head of the department.
