Roles and responsibilities;

• Export Document Examination.
• Letter of Credit Advising, Confirmation and Payments.
• Handling swift messages.
• Handling a team of Export LC

2. Worked on an ‘On site project’ (Al Rajhi Bank) in Riyadh KSA for knowledge transfer from client.

3. Worked with Royal Bank of Canada and Citi Bank (EMEA Region) project as a Document Examiner

• Receiving the L/Cs from different banks and advise the same to the customer.
• Preparing Export Documents on behalf of the customer (Exporters) and forward the documents to the Issuing/Confirming/Collecting bank.
• Co-ordinate with Supply Source(Manufacturer) and Shipping Lines.
  

• Handling all types of Export - Imports Transactions and Bank Guarantees for the corporateclients

• Scrutinizing Export-Import documents as per UCP 600, ISBP and report discrepancies to customers.
• SWIFT messages.

• Prepare Export Documents as per the Buyer’s requirement.
• Prepare Pre-shipment and Post shipment documents.
• Co-ordinate with DGFT, Export Promotion Council, Chambers of Commerce and liasioning with Govt. Deptt.
