Manage multivendor Network and firewall devices like Routers, Switches, Firewalls etc.

Co-ordination with SDM and Clients, Mentoring and providing the trainings to Team members, attending various technical meetings and RCA calls, preparing presentations and monthly highlights for clients.

Supporting European Clients and their Network and Security infrastructure. Troubleshooting and resolving the critical incidents. Proactive monitoring. Managing F5 load balancer, ASA-Firepower, Cisco WSA proxy, Palo Alto firewall, Juniper SRX firewall, Cisco Nexus – Catalyst – ISR devices. Implementation of configuration changes, device upgrades and replacements. Preparing reports and monitoring events.

L1 Monitoring engineering. Monitoring of security and firewall events using SIEM, CheckPoint firewall Monitor, McAfee, Symantec Endpoint protection. Engaging devices vendors to address complex issues. Maintaining and monitoring daily checklist, events, monthly reports.
