• Transformed a dumb switch into digitally enabled switch by integrating a relay with the switch.
• Designed the trip actuation mechanism.
• Designed the wire harness.
• Did the benchmarking for efficient, low cost & flexible current sensors.
• Designed different mounting provisions for sensor, relay & trip actuation mechanism mounting.
• Collaborated with other departments to facilitate successful project completion.

ATS Health - Project Launched in the market

• Oversaw entire product lifecycle from customer requirement drafting till project launch into the market
• Build the PoC for contact damage detection in contactor of transfer switch (IP filed)
• Build the PoC for loose joint detection technology using voltage and current information - (2 IP filed)
• Algorithm development for the prognostic health detection of Automatic Transfer switch using electrical parameters (Short circuit, overload, over voltage, no. of operations etc.)
• Interface design for health detection feature using Figma tool (Complete screen interface design)
• Fault detection and classification as short circuit, overload, overvoltage etc.
• Test plan development (Software) and execution.
