• Conduct detailed analyses of client business processes and map them in solution
• Standardizing BIM guidelines considering integration with Cost(4D) and time (5D)
• Understand and accurately interpret customer requirements and issues in order to make appropriate recommendations for optimization of process.
• Plan and direct post-sales activities from onsite requirements gathering through solutions design, development, QA, customer UAT, training, implementation, and production support.

• Provide regular and comprehensive schedule status reports to PM. Review of sub-contractor’s schedule.
• Develop cost and schedule estimates to support project funding & project reviews.
• Monitoring and appraising performance of contractor(s) in areas of cost control, progress measurement and control
• Prepare Daily , Weekly & Monthly report.
• Control site procurement of missing material.
• Supporting for change order preparation
• Conduct Weekly Progress Meeting to monitor subcontractor’s progress.
• Prepare Recovery Plans & maintaining risk register
• Prepare Delay Impacts on Project Schedule for EOT claims.
