Starting as a Junior Desktop Publisher, DTP requests were executed under the guidance of team leads and senior members, utilizing software like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Word. Swift advancement to Senior Desktop Publisher was achieved through consistent high-quality performance, managing critical accounts and overseeing project finalizations with quick turnarounds.
• Subsequently, the role of Technical Service Team Lead was attained, with responsibilities including handling projects from inception to completion. This entailed analyzing incoming client projects, creating project quotations for approval, and managing project execution with the internal Mumbai team.
