Joined Hexaware as Sr.Anaylysit in May 2019,and grown up as Team Leader.While handling the team members of 20 people i got opportunities to demonstrate people handling and interpersonal skill.

• maintain SOPs and then get attested with the counterparties time to time.

I have Started my carrier as associate in Syntel State Street Service Pvt Ltd.

• Processing cash movement as per client instruction received via right FAX, ECFM,CFM within the deadline. Making payments through federal wires for USD currency and SWIFT messaging transactions for other currencies to pay management fee, administrative fees, Capital calls etc. Processing Foreign Exchange transaction if foreign currency is involved in payment
• Processing internal transfer between the funds. Making payment through cheques to various IM for their services. Ensuring that 100% of the cash balance is invested in Liquid Stock at the end of the day through sweep tool and managing STIFF balances.
• Posting the accounting entries for cash transaction done throughout the day.
• If there is any unresolved exception beyond a reasonable time then escalating the same to the deputy manager and informing to US counterparts.
• Reconcile and updating accounting records on daily basis. Research and resolved all cash exception.
• Reconcile Cash exception between Custody and Accounting.
• Giving the training to the new team members to learn the process.
• Share reconciliation, match with custody and accounting. Email to processing team to resolve the variances.
• Handle specialized team post-De conversation to manage residual incomes and money of de-converted clients.
