Finalyca.com – All-In-One Investment Analytics Platform (Domestic HNIs) (Python + SQL + Flask)

• Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and frameworks to automate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources of market data feeds of tick data, fund data of MF, PMS & AIF, fixed income data into the data warehouse.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline process.
• Work with APIs, SQL, and other data delivery systems to collect and distribute data efficiently.
• Implement best practices for data integration, data quality, and data cleansing.
• Monitor data pipelines and databases for performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize data flow and storage.
• Regularly review and refine the existing data infrastructure to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Work on fund-level portfolio and risk analytics implementation.

2. Portfolio Monitor App (Python, Django, SQL, Docker, Jenkins)

• Developed and implement data adapters for market data feeds from Bloomberg and Geneva accounting systems for security and position data.
• Worked on calculation engines for quantitative and valuation metrics used for monitoring short positions.
• Developing application workflows for the Hedge Fund Research Team to review and revisit the positions.
• Worked on scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting the data feed pipelines using the JAMS tool.

3. Symbology From Different Vendors Mapping Project (Python, SQL)

• Implementing the mapping of symbology for data from different market data vendors, helping the Data team, Quant team, and Risk team for cross-referencing and exchanging the data without any hassle.

4. MSCI ESG Reporting (Python, SQL, Rest APIs)

• Built an automated process to pull ESG reports from MSCI on best effort basis and extract notes and ratings from the reports later to be published to a Tamale Research Notes application.

5. Perl to Python Migration Modules (Perl, Python)

• Contributed strongly to migrating Perl scripted modules to Python modules.

6. Index Strategy Regression/Optimization Automation using Excel (C# - Excel Ribbon + SQL)

• Maintain an excel driven automated process for rebalancing and optimizing the index strategies for the Research and Quant teams at IndexIQ.

1. Price Master Product Implementation (C#, ASP.net, SQL, SSRS)

• Pricing valuation product custom implementation, security, and pricing rules configuration along with custom reports development for the Pricing and Valuation Team.
• Implementing reporting and valuation logic for different security types using C#.
• Monitor data feed for issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure high data quality.

2. ETL Framework: Trade Extracts Export (C#, SQL)

• Design and implement adapters for various custodians to fetch trade data extracts.
• Customize reconciliation engines to ensure the reconciliation of trade extracts from various custodians with OMS orders and derive reports for the trade compliance team.
