Before getting promoted to my current position at ZS, I held the role of a Business Operations Associate for around 2.5 years (Aug'20-Dec'22).

Project Management and Expertise -

• Patient Flow Design - Worked on creating patient flows from scratch for oHCM and multiple auto-immune conditions to observe patient trends and highlight opportunities in market.
• Led a Referral Analysis for patients initiating on an anti-myosin drug to identify key referring physicians and accounts in oHCM market.
• Worked on a Drug Holiday/Discontinuation Analysis for UC market with the objective of restarting patients on a leading S1P oral drug instead of biologics or JAK orals post a drug holiday event.
• Led an Adherence and Dropoff analysis in MS market to gauge patient potential post Anti CD-20 therapies.
• Quality Management - Set up an elaborate QC workbook to consolidate input and output checks for multiple operational deliverables, effectively reducing the QC effort from 2 days to 0.5 days.
• Operationalisation - Setup a flow of SQL queries to transition complex backend processes from Excel workbooks, which reduced the turnaround time for multiple operational deliverables from 3 days to 1 day.
• Led PAC (Patient Analytics Cloud) implementation in a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company as part of tech enablement.

Client and Team Management -

• Led a team of 5 members, enabling them to become independent in their roles by conveying best practices and data nuances, while overlooking team productivity and managing goal setting.
• Served as a POC for clients in multiple indications and collaborated with onshore team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Worked with multiple cross-functional teams and effectively communicated the business context to deliver crucial insights to the clients.
