Responsible for driving customer acquisition through targeted strategies across various banking products such as CASA, Life Insurance, general insurance, Credit Cards and FD's (All Banking products) . This role involves identifying potential customers, converting leads, and building lasting relationships to enhance market share. Works closely with sales, marketing, and branch teams to implement acquisition strategies, conduct market research, and achieve acquisition targets. Having strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to analyze market trends. A focus on customer satisfaction, seamless onboarding, and meeting performance KPIs is essential.
Responsible for driving the bank’s customer acquisition strategy. This includes targeting new customer segments, promoting the bank’s products, and enhancing the bank's market share by acquiring new clients through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers across various products (e.g., personal banking, loans, credit cards, etc.).
Identify and target potential customers through market research and segmentation.
Convert leads into customers by understanding their financial needs and aligning them with suitable products.
Sales and Relationship Management: Collaborate with sales teams and branch staff to drive acquisition efforts.
Build relationships with high-value clients to ensure continued business.
Follow up on leads and ensure the customer onboarding process is seamless.
Product Knowledge and Promotion: Stay updated on the bank's product offerings and ensure that customers are well-informed about the benefits.
Educate customers about the bank’s services, benefits, and value proposition.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align customer acquisition campaigns.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, credit, risk) to ensure smooth onboarding of customers.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the acquisition targets set by the bank in terms of new customers, revenue generation, and other KPIs.
Regularly track performance against acquisition goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
