Making Journal entries/ JE reversals.
Applying cash into system for checks received from different vendors.
Applying cash according to SLA & preparing reports for unapplied checks stating the reason, priorities work accordingly to meet SLA.
Part of special Project on Suspense A/c items.
Preparing report for data received/applied/unapplied in a month.
Reconciliation of suspense account.
Providing support in closing activity.
Responsible for processing refund requests.
Preparation of Productivity report of colleagues for productivity analysis by immediate supervisor.
Responsible for sending Status Reports for payments released/checks issued.
Handling Calibration sessions and team hurdles with clients, and other locations to bring process on same page.
Coordinate changes in processes with Process team members.
Handling very professionally the query , issues, escalations etc.
