  • Managed complete Airbus fleet of total seven aircraft which includes model EC130T2 (H130), AS350B3 (H125), AS350B3e (H125) and EC-135 (H135) also has experience in handling procurement of spares for Bell 412 aircraft
  • Reviewing requisitions of Airbus fleet and float enquiry for obtaining quotations for parts not covered under PBH/SBH

Processing of invoices single handed for overseas and local vendor. Resolve discrepancies regarding invoices with vendor, store and finance department. Maintaining SOA and submitting monthly payment plan to finance for payment release
  • Preparing and maintaining quarterly Vendor Evaluation reports -Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for, rejections, quality improvement rate, and timely delivery and credit terms
