Worked on this project as project engineer. where there was a product developed for customers to make PSTN calls from teams online without individual SBC (Session Border Controller). Used Microsoft Online Teams (Multi Tenant) Direct Routing. where we deployed SBC on our environment and integrated the same with Teams Online and with the same we had Tenant domain's subdomain added as PSTN gateway on customer's Teams Online Tenant.
As Quality Team was using excel sheet to maintain their review data hence, developed web based ASP .Net application. It reduced their eorts by 30-40%. Also, made Power BI report from the data entered in the application. It also, helped in maintaining centralized database for the Quality Analysis which could be accessed by anyone.
Integrated Meraki's MSP API with ServiceNOW ow designer to import customer's organizations details, network details and device details. which would then load data into CMDB using ETL and Import Set Tables.
Since, Power BI Server does not have version control for power bi reports. hence, made a powershell script which would check the updated date of the report and if it is not present in sharepoint it would upload the same with a new version number. With this in future if there was any dashboard which was uploaded to server could be rolled back to previous version.
There was a requirement where in user was supposed to be displayed power bi report on servicenow widget. hence, we customized the server to use custom authentication. where in customer's company identier was used as username and there was dynamic authentication token was generated and authenticated the used.
Since, Backup Radar was fairly new product and did not have integration with servicenow. we developed a system where in if the backup job ended with warning or with failure it would create tickets on servicenow through SSIS package. We used SSIS package to schedule and run API calls to get backup status and to generate ticket on ServiceNow based on the result.
Since, we had to import all the knowledge bases from conuence to service now in order to integrate it with contextual search. hence, wrote a powershell script which could import as space, folders and article from conuence to servicenow also, it would update the articles if it was updates in conuence.
Migrated Lync 2013 environment of Tata Communications Limited from Lync 2013 to Skype for Business. They had multiple pools of Lync 2013 servers integrated with Sonus SBC and CUCM. Migrated their SIP trunks
Designed HLD and LLD for Migration. Since, OCS 2007 R2 being a legacy product could not be moved directly to Lync Online. Hence, had to Deploy Lync 2013 Standard Edition with a single front-end server and an Edge Server. Post that had Tested the Migration and Trained team on migration process.
Since, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited IT Department was separated from Asia pacic Coco-cola IT Department and had got IT control of Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka etc. hence, had to deploy a new AD forest for the same. Active Directory Forest deployment on multiple servers. planning for distribution of FSMO Roles. Planning and Conguring DNS Servers. Migrating Users. Re-assigning le permissions to the users etc.
