Project- Humana | PCO Application

• The Project is revolving around Patients- for them to have Care Program, PCP visits, their journey events and engagements along with getting cured for what they have been looking.
• Improved data quality by implementing validation rules and customizing page layouts in Salesforce.
• Updated programs as per user needs and developed codes that were in accordance to specifications.
• Tasks/Responsibilities: Gathering client requirements, analyzing , design , code, test and documenting the requirements. Worked on Security, Batch Apex, Flows, LWC, Reports and Configurational functionalities of Salesforce Resolving productions bugs and handling urgent requests from client and their customers.
• Worked on Omniscripts to inline the requirement of the assessment form for the patients in their journey of being recovered.

• Project - IDFC First Data | Loan App Journey
• The project was about managing and enhancing a loan application journey.
• Designed and implemented scalable applications for data extraction and analysis.
• Worked on Apex classes and its Test classes per the requirement. Also provided support to testing to meet the deadline of the sprint.

• Project - CDPHP | US Health Care
• The Project was about health insurance plans for the medicare and Medicaid personas. In which worked on a functionality to check and validate the Patients journey with a Provider and Payer goes hand on hand.
• I have worked as Salesforce manual tester.
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to devise effective strategies and action plans for clients'' businesses.
• As a manual tester, I've written test case scripts and tested thoroughly in salesforce orgs.(like sandboxes and Prod environment).
• Worked on various aspects of the testing and make sure on functionality be intact.
• Examined products for imperfections and defects.
• Participated in code review sessions to identify potential vulnerabilities early in the development process.
• Hands on with qTest, Data Loader and Import Wizard SFDC tools for loading the data.
