Taking care of projects & smaller initiatives with regards to B2B business in the loan cycle for both Consumer Durable product as well as Digital Products to enhance the loan journey for the customer and make it user friendly for the end user. • Projects carried out for ease of operations for Credit managers during their loan journey. Variety of different validation & verification tools got integrated into system which helps credit manager scrutinize the customers in a more efficient manner before the decision is made towards the end of underwriting journey. Some of validation included in the system was PAN validation using NSDL API integration, EPFO verification of customer, Geo fencing project using Google maps API, etc.
• Calculation of incentive monthly as well as quarterly for 900+ credit managers which included 50 different parameters to be worked on and was most intriguing work during this stint.
• Streamlined communication channels between departments, fostering collaborative work environment for all team members.

• Leveraged advanced technology tools to streamline operations, automate processes, and enhance overall efficiency within organization's clusters.
• Maintained compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices across all departments in cluster.

Business Analyst profile which acted as bridge between core business team and developers. Creating project path to get built delivered to end user on timely manner. Creating Understanding Document, Solutioning Document, Getting development completed on timely manner, conducting IT UAT testing, Resolving bugs identified in each process, addressing issues and queries of end users, after support once project is on production environment, etc.
